National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, has invited applications for admission to the following programmes:

Postgraduate diploma in industrial engineering (PGDIE)

This two-year programme trains industrial engineers as technology management experts for both manufacturing and service sector. The programme covers subjects such as supply chain management, six sigma operations management, project management, logistics and software engineering.

Eligibility: Candidates who have first class degree in engineering and have passed GATE can apply. GATE qualified students are eligible to get a teaching assistantship of Rs.8,000 per month.

Admission is based on a group discussion and a personal interview with appropriate weightage for marks scored in the GATE.
