Any Indian citizen who have completed 18 years of age can take the agency of Kerala State Lottery by
submitting an application form (No:1) with a registration fees of Rs.400/- by cash or Demand Draft(drawn in favour of the Director of State Lotteries)to the district Lottery Officers in which they belong to or to the Director of State Lotteries in the case of non Keralites,along with two passport size photographs.
