The state of Kerala, in southern India, has 14 revenue districts. Most of the districts in Kerala has the same name as the important town or city in the district. Exception is Wayanad district.

These 14 districts are further divided into 62 taluks, 1453 revenue villages and 1007 Grama panchayats.
